Refund policy

You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Refunds will be for 100% of the product cost, minus the original shipping charges. All products are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from the invoice date.

Products must be returned in their original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No other warranty, written or implied, exists unless otherwise noted on the website.

To return a product, please contact customer support at support@staphit.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must obtain pre-authorization before returning any product.
